Shipping Information
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because many of our items are packed and shipped in small batches — sometimes while we’re on the road touring — processing times may vary slightly. We truly appreciate your patience.
Estimated delivery times: Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: up to 14 business days after processing; International Shipping: Currently not available, so sorry! Typically 3–4 weeks after processing (depending on destination). Please note: delivery times may be affected by carrier delays.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after your package is scanned by the carrier. Promotional giveaways and some small items are sent as First Class Mail, which does not include tracking.
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.If your package appears lost, please contact us at help@theemptypockets.com and we’ll do our best to help track it down.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with: your order number, photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Order Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return: Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition Items must be returned in their original packaging (if applicable) You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase To start a return, email us at: help@theemptypockets.com
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on: digital downloads, final sale or clearance items, custom or limited-edition items (when noted), promotionals and giveaways, opened or used items such as certain accessories.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable, and your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
We only replace items if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery at: help@theemptypockets.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can help quickly.
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, we sincerely apologize. Please email us within 7 days of delivery with: your order number, photos of the item and packaging, we’ll make it right as soon as possible.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
