All Sales Final
All sales are final at our discretion. Because we are a small, independent operation, we are unable to offer automatic refunds or exchanges.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final.
We do not offer refunds on digital downloads, streaming access, memberships, or any other digital goods.
Physical Merchandise Returns
We may accept returns of physical merchandise within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

Return Process
Before mailing any item back, please contact us at customerpockets@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will notify you once it has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will make it right.
